Shaxon Industries has invested the time and resources to “match” tooling in our California, Taiwan and China facilities. Summarized, this means that 90% of our products, whether “stock” or “custom”, can be manufactured to the same specification in both facilities. This gives Shaxon the ability to provide first articles, short run manufacturing and engineering support in a timely matter from our California production facility while still being able to balance large quantity, cost competitive projects with our overseas facilities.

Control of Raw Materials:
Shaxon Industries manufactures a large percentage of the connectors, bulk cable, metal products and related material that make up the products we manufacture. This assures our customers a competitive cost and the highest quality product available. Unlike manufacturers who must broker their components from a variety of sources, we are able to control our cost, delivery and quality at all stages of production.

Large Off-The-Shelf Selection of Stock Lengths: Shaxon Industries inventories all the standard fiber optic assemblies, (ST/SC/MTRJ/LC) in all the popular metered lengths for quick customer delivery.

Multifiber and Custom Fiber Optic Assembly ability:
Besides our large selection of stock lengths we produce custom fiber optic assemblies in both our California and China locations. Our termination capabilities include ST, SC, MTRJ, LC, FC, SMA, Biconic and many more. We provide PC, APC and UPC polishing capabilities. All Multifiber cables are produced to specification in our California facility.

Color Selection:
Large selection of fiber cable colors available.

Testing/QC:
Shaxon Industries fiber optic assemblies are fully QC’d and tested to their applicable specification before shipment. The same locally manufactured high volume precision polishers and testers are used in both our California and China facilities.
